Yes couple (few?) years ago i used to train at the old Golds Gym Promanade Plaza

Yeah, I may have seen you there. I trained there starting in about 1995 up to a few years ago. I used to compete also..I was in the Mr. west palm, back in the 80's, and did a couple of shows in the early 90's. Cool that you're still at it. I'm about the same age as you, still in good shape, trying to hit a peak in the next 3 months or so. It's just hard to diet super strict when you're not doing a show.

True im putting on weight like crazy (260 lbs plus)..........and im not even tryin to
why don't you pick a show and start getting ready for it (that's all the motivation you will need!)
no shows looming on the horizon = me getting fat lol!

Well, I'm not really interested in doing any juice these days. I could go in a Natural show, but I think I'm just going to try and get cut and take some pics, since I haven't really been super lean in several years. 260? That's pretty big.

The Emerald Cup in Riviera Beach (usually held in April) is a natural show.
