ahaha.

poor joey.

he was posting his 9 weeks out pics and after seeing how much of a bag of shit he was at that stage, with all of back fat still well in tact he was advised by jeffery and myself in a thread to do less talking and bragging about how he was going to crush everyone at his show and do a little more work on his diet.

apparently he didn't take our advise to heart, which isnt exactly a bad thing-

after all, how can you not make fun of that? seriously...

he had a chance to prove to the world that he was right, and milos was wrong.

proof is in the pudding, as they say.

instead, he actually proved milos RIGHT and made himself look bad for everyone to see.

Sad, but science is important.  I gained a newfound respect for Milos from all this.

No, he's no where near 100lbs more than me.......what does that have to do with anything, I'm not nor did I ever compare my physique to Milos'. Besides, what does weight have to do with anything (i've got to hear this)

Mios was wrong, just take a look at King in his last show, he made the mistake of switching from Disgusted to Milos.

UNFORTUNATELY, Joe doesn't do deadlifts  :-\  Nor does he like them  >:(

Not to get involved with the whole debate concerning Milos, BUT....you can't argue the fact that for some reason,

none of his clients stay with him :o   Either he's too expensive or his methods obviously don't work.
just not good enough

joelocal,

I post a pic of your fat glutes.  You are owned.

You post a pic of your fat glutes covered up, and you yell 'owned'?

It doesn't work like that.

And? What was Ronnie Coleman when he turned pro? How about Markus Ruhl?

All BBers jump up massive pounds when they turn pro......what did Phil Heath weigh a couple years ago?

you claim to be more of an expert in building muscle than milos.  he obviously "dwarfs" you and has guys already at the top (top being ifbb pros) coming to him for advice on how to do just that.
you train fat housewives, yet you claim to be more of an expert than milos?

don't get me wrong, you've stated in the past you've trained pro athletes.  real athletes.  i'm sure you would destroy milos in that aspect (functional training) but that would be comparing apples to oranges.  milos' guys couldn't run a mile in under 20 minutes, and your guys can jump 40 inches in the air.

but on stage, milos makes his guys LOOK better.  and he knows more than you.  besides, i doubt milos has ever played a sport.

note:  this is just a rant;  i'm saying you're good at what you do, but getting bodybuilders big in shape is not what you do and shouldn't give advice to those that do.

Joe Loco's expertise on putting on mass compromise of instructions on how to buy steroids and then lie about how a doctor actually wrote a prescription for them at more than 4-5x the actual recommended doses for HRT.

Well, I saw Ronnie compete in the 1990 Nationals before he was pro and he was an easy 230-235, I would think Ruhl would be as big, if not bigger.

Phil heath was/is a 5'7 BBer-and Milos was 5'10.

Milos was the smallest Pro to ever get a pro card-his arms were 17.5 inches when he turned pro.

Do NOT try to tell me any other pro turned pro with 17.5 inch arms!!

It was nothing to do with size of arms, you said bodyweight, OK Ronnie turned pro at 230-235? Then in a few short years he went from 245lbs up to 285-290lbs, right?

So would that mean that Ronnies exposure to heavy drug use was what put him at 285-290lbs?
