I don't agree. Arnold made the movie apparently to get some publicity for his movie career. I don't think any of the competitors knew he was competing. I told a few of them at the Bondi Hotel just before the contest but I doubt they believed me. I knew because Paul Graham told me but it was supposed to be a secret. Arnold stayed at the Hilton Hotel in the city so wasn't with the other guys. Zane moved there later.
Everyone can have an opinion. However I was the only guy who took prejudging photos at the right level to assess the physiques properly. After looking at hundreds of these photos and the slides I concluded Arnold was the winner. Dickerson had great legs and posed well but his arms and chest were small when standing beside Arnold. People have argued for Mentzer, Zane, Coe, Tinerino, Callendar, Walker and Arnold being the winner. That is what happens in a close contest. The scores clearly show that, too.
I had a friend take some video but he got so excited he was stamping his feet and the quality sucks. Not sure if I captured the booing. It was there, no mistake about that. There was a bit of booing for several of the finalists to show displeasure at where the judges placed them.
