alex23 my brother, the honest truth is you do not need protien powders. you carry alot of muscle, do not fall in the hype, you need FRUIT first and formost then meat/eggs thats it.. all the white grains are by the white devil my friend..

sugar is a DRUG a legal one at that

would it really suprised you that a looong long time ago this was implemented as a staple in order literally 'fvck' with people giving people emotional highs and lows all from SUGAR? totally different from natural fruit sugar. this is all in the grand plan of the white devil elijah muhammad spoke upon about the white devil long ago

im sure fruits even with there genetic modification have some evil implemented in them but they are a much lesser evil than the grains, especially the whey protien. im stronger than ever or atleast at my normal levels on a high fruit moderate meat/egg diet

grains require you to sleep more and the body to repair itself

Since I've cut all processed sugars from my diets my moods have stabilized and so have my sleeping patterns.

The only benefit left from whey I can imagine is its fast absorbtion... good post.

240, how do you feel Kai has affected the Citrus market? Positively/ Negatively? Is Citrus fucking the next "trend"?

Dude,

I'd never have fruity intercourse, of course.
But if I was going to, the first kind I'd reach for would be a grapefruit.

I like grapefruit futures in 08.

EAS have dropped their bodybuilders. A couple of other Walmart/Mainstream vendors have done the same.

Brady Quinn sells better.

Adrian Peterson is with Cytosport, appearing in their MuscleMilk Ads.  Brady Has been with EAS for a while now.  He is the American Ideal.  EAS has never really marketed to bodybuilders though and I cannot ever remember them having a pro as an endorsee.

i remember shannon sharpe used to wear the EAS beret anytime he got near a camera, and would interupt interviews to "enjoy some effective, delicious creatine phosphate which does not give me gastro distress!"

That is correct.  EAS has used football players as long as I can remember, as they clearly relate more to the general population.

Would you rather be a pro bodybuilder or pro football player when you grow up?

YEP, pretty much.  Actually, now that Favre is retired, I'd just cut off my left one to run out of the tunnel.  If by the grace of god he decides to return for one more year, then I would re-offer the left and right nut!

yeah if steve young, jerry rice, terrell owens, garrison hearst all returned to the 49ers then i would be willing to let go of my nut sack to play a game with them... that would be the 1998 season...   when T.O. beat the packers with a last second Touchdown in the play-offs... ;D

It's funny you mention that.......just the other day, I saw one of the personal trainers at my gym, take a guy (who basically never trained before) and had him do front  squats on one of those. I felt bad for the bastard......fs's are tricky and not what I would consider a beginners movement.

haha i have bad ankles so i do them, plus they are good at the end of a workout because it forces the muscles to stabilize too.
