I've been doing free weight rows for years and my back training has been lack luster. I've never been a fan of Hammer Machines. But Im making the swith to Hammer Low Rows and Hammer High Rows for a while.The Only free weight movement for back I will be doing is Barbell Deadlifts from the floor. I may add Barbell Cleans.Any other suggestions you guys have? What do you think about the low row/high row hammer machines?
If you want size I think you should stay away from the machines.
I would agree but if he's been doing them for years a break for a little while could do him some good.
