A lot of what you have said is wrong. Being from NI entitles you to choose between Irish or British citizenship. You can choose to have an Irish or British passport. In the NI census you can state your nationality as Irish, British, Northern Irish etc. True though, NI is indirectly ruled by England. On your entirely separate races point and the racist generalisations you made, I'm assuming you're joking, because that's plain ignorant 

Typically NI Catholics with family roots in the Republic of Ireland are seen as hardworking. On the other hand, Protestants in NI are commonly seen as lazy.This is because of the persecution NI Catholics endured, they had to work way harder to get any sort of job in NI. Protestants had jobs and a good education handed to them for years. They didn't have to work for anything. Unfortunately this mentality has endured to today, resulting in Catholic areas flourishing in NI, whilst Protestant areas remain stagnant. Quite a simplistic summary, but in many cases true nonetheless

All decisions which govern the four countries are made in Westminster. MP's from all 4 countries sit and vote in the House of Commons on  matters affecting the UK. England rules NOTHING!!!! The Prime minister is Scottish, the Chancellor is Scottish and we have our own Scottish Government controlled by the Scottish National Party.   The only country within the Union which has no independant Government is England ! And the English make the Irish republicans look clever and beautiful    Just look at that typical English family of missfits in the Shannon Mattews case, inbreeding is the family sport obviously.
