Comic book fans will get this one immediately ....

Anyone got the history of this "company", who owns it now, and how much advertising dollars have been spent since its inception?

Oh...come on Bill....these are patheticly easy. I'll let the others guess.

Any BB fan worth their weight in protein powder can guess these...should be a prerequisite to even log onto this site!

OK, Chick, I'll throw some on here in an attempt to stump ya, but I know it's gonna be a tuff assignment.

Here's a start. Name the short guy.

And the store where Steve got his suit!

I'm really guessing here, but the shorter fellow looks a bit like George Raft. Sorry, that's all I got.

Thanks, Doc, but that's not George Raft. (See Chem, below)

Moose, WRONG on Kemper but RIGHT on Nazzario and that ain't Bob Gulucci.

Chem, You are RIGHT! That is Sigmund Klein, BUT where the hell did Reeves get that suit? Men's jackets did include shoulder pads back then. Not just Steve's.

Ok..Here's some fairly tough ones. First up is a guy from the early 80's. Didn't win a lot of big titles but he had good proportions and the type of physique most people would admire. Who is he

Next one is a guy from the late 70's and 80's. Competed in the AAU Mr. America and was considered very vascular for his era. Who is he?

Last one here. Should be pretty tough to guess. He competed in late 70's and swore up and down he was all natural. As far as I know he was. Not a big guy but was shredded all year round. Anyone know who this guy is?

Anibal Lopez. Got chastised at one of the pro shows bc he yelled out "no drugs" to the crowd at the end of his routine.

You're good. You got all of them. I think I was at the contest Anibal Lopez yelled, "No drugs". I think it was the 1980 IFBB Miami Grand Prix.

Moose, that ain't Galucci and it sure ain't Kemper and you'll probably kick yourself in the ass for not recognizing him.

Here are a few hints. See how many you have to read before you guess correctly. (I hope that we are both referring to the same photo.)

1. He was married to Cori.

2. He publishes Planet Muscle.

3. He owns big dogs.

4. The front of his home looks like a used car lot for expensive automobiles.

5. He has one of the best cactus gardens in Los Angeles.

I doubt that you need any help after that first hint.

Yep, it's Jeff Everson.

About all those other guys - I've had the priviledge of meeting each of them at one time or another while they were competing or getting ready to compete.

If my memory serves me correctly Clinton used to train with C.F. Smith at Bill Pearl's in Pasadena and Bill recommended that they train at Gold's for a month of so prior to the America contest that they were both planning to enter figuring that it might give them a "political advantage" since Gold's (Ken Sprague) was promoting the event that year at the Santa Monica Civic.

Was it Clinton or C.F. who had the extreme vascularity?

I believe it was C.F. who yelled out some adverse comments while he was on stage at one of the national contests. That happened at the (Mr America?) or NPC Nationals  in Cinn, Ohio if I recall correctly. Those adverse remarks probably hurt his overall standing.

Does anyone recall the exact adverse comment that was made? I was backstage so I didn't hear it when it happened.

here's a photo of a friend who had a gym along side a major California highway.... This should prove to be a very tuff one.

Name him.
Name the location of his highway gym in the early 60's.
Name the location of his 2nd gym on some island in the Pacific.
Name his most recent occupation.
