Dballn, where are you from? My wife is from Guam and uses that term.
I'm from FL, but grew up in Hawaii and moved to the Mainland when I was 6. Surfed around in my younger days. Been to costa rica, tavarua, Cali, and one day would like to hit the black sands of Hawaii. It's a term for US mainlanders.

Need's new material. He has serious disdain for the guy (his dad) who humped and dumped his Jewish mom. Poor lady had to pull 20hr shifts as the dishwasher at dennys, and left the little tyke with nothing but his starwars dolls to play with. Kind of sad.
