Links..

look in the training logs section. i've got the following on video: snatching 100 and 110 pound DBs, close-gripping 315x2 plus help on a 3rd, benching 225x21 and help on a 22nd, deadlifting 225 for 30 with no rest on the floor, 50 with rest. additionally i've hit 325x3 benched with a pause, squatted 440 below parallel, 455 off a just below parallel box and 405 + double-cinched purples off that same box, and deadlifted 515 all weighing around 230 or a touch under.

i'm nothing astronomical. in fact i rarely call myself anything beyond "decently respectable". my point was just that if there are juicers inclining what's a warmup for me, i'd apparently be a god there. but i heavily doubt that to be the case since even up in the appalachians i'm not near the top, so the odds of someone like croatch "owning" 90% of the gym patrons is somewhere between no way and no fucking way.

Damn, Magoo, at least leave "croatch" with some dignity. ;D
i have to agree here, i've been in gyms where 90's for inclines is laughable at best, if you're loaded on juice there is no reason you shouldn't be inclining less than 150 pound dumbells or 315 on barbell inclines.

Eh, who cares about who uses or doesn't?   I've never used and I've made size and strength gains.   I've met naturals with more muscle and far better quality than me.   I've met heavy users a lot smaller than me.   Point is, whether they used or not I only cared about what I was doing.   I haven't the time or energy to waste on worrying about others.

careful there, MoS. you're almost sounding like an adult, and that kind of shenanigans has no place around here.

I'm natural now, do you despise/feel bad for me still?
Good job.  Be careful though, no magic pills when things get difficult. ;)  See if you can put on 10lbs of lean mass naturally in a year.  There's a real challenge.  Remember, and douchebag can buy some dbol and bloat up 20lbs....anyone.

then you lift at a pretty piss-poor gym. or you're a bullshitter. if you're 210 and "own" 90% of the lifters at your gym including the guys on gear, there is a binary choice: your gym sucks or you're delusional. now, you say you lift at a gold's in vegas where IFBB pros lift, so that seems to knock out the first choice...

listen man. i'm 235 pounds and my pictures/videos/log are public, so you can see where my strength ranks. i lift either at a school gym or a YMCA in a nowhere town and i still won't say i "own" 90% of lifters, ESPECIALLY not if i include the juicers.

even giving you the benefit of the doubt, we can read that you're in good shape but severely resentful of the people twice your size on gear so you come on here after being shamed by a guy with backne who inclined the 150s for 10, so you came on here and made up a story to make yourself feel better. that's a best case scenario conclusion.
No, you're way off. ;)  If some guy benches a ton or squats a lot, I say to myself, "Damn, I'm pretty weak."  Knowing juice adds roughly 30% to your strength gains, if someone is repping 5 plates, I don't say, "Oh, that's all gear."  I'm realistic with where I am physically and where others fall.  You may be confusing my statements for actual strength, not a bodybuilding physique.  Look around you, not many have good genetics for bodybuilding.  If someone is in the gym, doing their best, lifting no weight, looks...so so...I NEVER mock them....why?  because they are achieving things on their own.  I have more respect for the fat guy on the stairmaster, than the leaned out drug user.  It's just how I am.

That's a good philosophy, but not mine. ;)

Why are you so insecure? I am a natty who is sorrounded by juicers and i am ok. They all respect me for being natural.
None of them treat me bad. They are how they are. I am how i am. Whats the problem?
I'm plenty secure.  Maybe if others were, fewer would need drugs to show up and train. ;)
The whole "can't we all just get along" "live and let live"Rodney King rhetoric is great, but I don't subscribe to that shit. :D  Yes, everyone does their own thing and when it comes to activities I'm not involved in, I could care less.  When it comes to something I put effort into, I'm insulted at the cheesers this sport attracts.  People in general are weak minded, so they lack the discipline or faith in themselves to achieve anything naturally.

They exist in his head and thats all that counts right now.  I am sure he will seek help soon.  Maybe Candy Cane Jedi can help him.  I think he wants to be a doctor next.  And you can tell from his posts he used to use roids and they did absolutely nothing for him.  He thought he could just take them without lifting and he would be the monster he wanted to be.  It didn't work so now he hates anyone who has made gains or accomplishments using them.  It s so obvious.  But he is one funny fucker I give him that.

I only gained about 35lbs in the 2 months I took steroids in 1994. ::)  That was with a shitty diet, decent training, no knowledge on what to take with what, etc.
If anything, I know how pathetically EASY it is to gain on drugs, hence me mocking clowns who don't come close to someone who is natural.  I don't know how much I'd gain now, having a slower metabolism, much better diet, train harder?  I don't care to either.  Those gains mean nothing, just garbage. ;)  Unless, you're competing for an Olympia title, it's for people who can't hack it....there's reality for you.

so is the lesson of this thread still "croatch feels inadequate because people in his real life aren't falling over themselves praising him so he has to make up for it with stupid threads on getbig" or have there been any new developments?

i really don't mind when people say things i disagree with, but when it's the same damn thing... for years on end... it's absurd.

croatch, your very first thread on here was a picture of you before you started lifting and after, this had to have been 2005 or earlier. it wasn't just "hey look at how well i've done", but rather from the moment you got on getbig you were asking if we thought you used gear to put on size.

why do i bring that up? because it teaches us two things:

1) the amount of personal worth you place in being natural borders on the disturbing. i'm starting to wonder if you need counseling.

2) you have not changed since then. when you first showed up it was a 160 to 210 change. three or four years later you're still 210. rather peculiar, that.

me, i don't give a shit who uses what, only how hard they work. if someone is on gear and slacks, that's hilariously stupid. but if you use gear and bust your ass in the gym, more power to ya. to use the croatch hypothetical, i have more respect for a juicer who puts six hours in the gym every week and gives 100% than a fat guy who hops on a treadmill a few times a week and then drives to burger king.

Thanks doctor, what do I owe you for that session?
My weight has been up to 225lbs in 2005.  The picture was 2003.  I'm about 210 now.  Your body composition changes during that time, but you're only going to increase roughly 3lbs lean mass per year of natural training.  I actually weighed 15lbs more 3 years ago. :D   To get above 210 @ 4% may never happen, but that's ok.  The 50lbs gained my first year back training, is very simple...muscle memory, radical diet change.  Try eating few poor calories for a while, then go to 6 good meals per day.
i really don't mind when people say things i disagree with, but when it's the same damn thing... for years on end... it's absurd.
I'll agree with you there.  It's also absurd that people pretend to be a bodybuilder, pretending through drug use.

Then why dont you leave them alone who attack you. They are insecure and regard you as a menace. Thats why they attack you dont they? This means that you have already owned them. So, leave them alone.

Or,if you feel mercy for them and want to educate them to make them positive, show them what you have with battling out in some contests with your natty body like me.

If someone else has a good physique naturally, I give them credit.  Considering you attained that with no drugs, nice job.  I'm not trying to win Mr. Natural USA.  You're missing the point, real bodybuilding has nothing to do with drug use.  That's the sad thing most juicers miss.  Never attaining it by themselves. ;)  Also, I like people to know they're roid gains are shit...9 out of 10 times.  You never see me put down someone who does the best with their genetics...naturally.  Much like the fatbody on the stairmaster, I have more respect for the guy who breaks his ass to attain 170lbs natural.  It's takes more heart to rely only on yourself.  In society, people are very weak minded and doubt their ability.  Steroids, are a great crutch for these types.
Good work on your physique.

Thanx about my physique.
This time, I dont battle out against naturals but juicers!I am the only natural there. I am not sick and tired at juicers but I am sick and tired THOSE NEGATIVES who believe juicing is the easy way to surpass naturals! I just wanted to show those people that even juicers have to work hard to beat natty like me. My trainer is 3rd place in World amateur championship IFBB 2007 and he is really agreed with me.
I explain to you.Why I think like that. I was attending to those show every year and always thought.."Do they train their legs??They dont train their legs and juice a lot? I can beat them..". So even if you use juice, you cant win against me if you dont do any homeworks as a bber.

So its like this. In the battle of sword, you try to kill your enemy with knife. If they train very well, you will never ever win against those long sword.
BUT,If you train to use your knife like super soldier and your enemies are like obese and fat and even they cant carry their sword.Still you lose against them?

One of the reason why i dont hate juicers is there. They train their sword a lot to beat another sword. Thats it. Anyway you need hard work to be good even if you use roid.  Natural and juicers difference is like using knife or using sword. If you are really good at using knife, you can beat those average sword users.

Croatch, your rebuttals are littered with contradiction.
In your words your saying a guy with kick ass genetics such as Dennis Wolf is shit in your book but that lazy, no self respect, lard filled ass on the stairmaster is your idol?
Oh no, now I know that's not what you said but as often as you twist your answers around I figured I might as well too.
