Rapport from the recent back training:
Walked to the gym.
Then, due to the freak accident on chins the last time (the tailbone = still somewhat numb), Debussey did pulldowns. 2 plates x 4 reps, for 2 sets!! That = a new record, Debussey was so pleased that it shouted HELL YEAH in an uncontrollable fashion. Unfortunately, this released an uncontrollable spitball that hit a female member of the gym between the left eye and the nose. Due to the slime content in this deep throat gooish sign of happiness, she had to go to the bathroom to clean her eye. She was very emberassed and has not been seen in the gym since then. Debussey did not think much about this afterwards, but the slimeball split in 2 and the smallest part fell down on Debusseys sweatshirt, and Debussey had to clean it off. That inhibited the brutal intensity Debussey = known for in the gym.
The dumbell row: Went for ROM this time: 7 pound dumbells x 8 reps. The last 2 reps, the grip was failing, so Debussey = will be using straps next time to prevent biceps involvement and grip failure, for maximum back development.
After these 2 exercises, Debussey felt like doing some ab work. 5 situps.
Then, biceps. Barbell curls. Debussey tried the bar: 45 pounds. Not a single chance to even move it. So Debussey went for the dumbell curls. 3 pounds x 15 reps!!! A serious burn in the muscle there, the GH release had to be enormous due to the lactic acid buildup. Debussey will be enjoying the fat burning benefits of this surge of GH the next few weeks.
Then, Debussey went for the last biceps exercise: Deadlifts. Debussey managed to do the bar (45 pounds) for 5 reps!! The biceps = so pumped, this is the best biceps exercise ever.
To finish off the biceps and back workout for that last burnout, Debussey did some shadow boxing. (after the boxing bag incident, debussey does not dare hit on a bag).
Then Debussey went to the store and bought a Snikers bar, before walking home. The carbs in the Snikers bar felt good.

Logs from 2 brutal workouts:
Workout 1:
Cable biceps curl: 1 plate x 10 reps, 2 sets. The wrists stopped working before the biceps went out on both sets.
Push-ups: 1,5 push up. Then Debussey tried to do one push up on the knuckles. That did not work out well.
Workout 2:
Squats: 55 pounds x 6 reps. NEW RECORD!!!!!
Leg press: No weights x 5 reps. That was so heavy that Debussey shouted out loud on the last rep, alarming the entire gym of the brutal humanoid power in their presence.
Workout 3: Coming up.
Debussey was so pleased after the new record on squats that it bought itself a bag of chips after the workout to amp up its levels of intracellular triglycerides for maximum pump and protein synthesis.

Did 50 minutes of BRUTAL walking on the treadmill today to burn fat. 400 calories burned. To replenish the lost calories, Debussey went to McDonalds and ate 2000+ calories.

bench press: 50 pounds x 2!!! YES DAMMIT!
Push ups on knuckles: Did not manage 1.
Shoulder press: 10 pound dumbells x 2. Smacked the left dumbell in Debusseys head, that hurt.
