I try to bring my best every time. I have done 4 national shows and was in great shape for all of them - the nabba show I took lightly, and with shingles I was wiped out! But I could have done more to prepare.

I don't see many/ if any areas to improve....especially great waist line with formidable size and taper...I have judged for nearly 20 years and this is the way judges should lean in selection process...plus the man is eloquent, respectful, all the good things in a good American

Why did you do a NABBA show? You know the NPC doesn't like when guys jump ship for NABBA. There's a long history there....
