i would do cardio first, then hit up a pwo shake...then once you get home and shower, immidietly start preparing a big meal.
normally i drink 30-60 g waxy maize, 20-40 g whey. then once i get home and shower i make one carton egg beaters(50 grams protein) with one can of tuna mixed in(scrambled). also, one big bowl full o some sort of complex carbohyrate...normally oatmeal, or some kind of whole wheat cereal.
i wait two hours, then hit up a tablespoon of udo's oil, a few large chicken breasts, and how ever much veggies i want.
every two to three hours ater that i just eat as much meat and veggies as i can untill i fall asleep.
