Testosterone and Cardio
« on: March 22, 2008, 10:57:23 PM »
Since injecting testosteron helps your body recover, heal, and grow faster..........will it help you to run abbout 45-60 miniutes everyday....without having take as many rest days as when you are not on cycle?

Cause I read posts that say test helps you work hard and longer....where yo can do 1-2 hout workouts, twice a day....so I figure if It can do that with liftting weights.....it should do the same with cardio.

Which it is probably why some track athletes take some stuff.....right????

I'm gonna do my first cycle....but still love to run and want to stay lean

So basicly....my main question is, can test E aid in running for your cardio?

The idea behind taking gear is so you can do the same thing you are already doing, only to be able to do it better.

That makes sense....

I guess what you're saying (correct me if I'm wrong) is that if you were running  a certain cardio regimen before with a certain number of days rest.....you would keep the same game plan.....it's just that your performance will be improved While on gear?

That's pretty much it.

It's not uncommon for guys to end up over training while on gear. Of course you are right, you should be able to get away with doing more while on cycle but that's not really the agenda...not in terms of muscle building IMO.

Now overtraining, I do believe this is a term that is thrown around too loosely at times and I hate using it, but it does happen.

BTW, I'm not going to tell you "not" to run...if you enjoy running then by all means go for it. Just keep in mind that actual running is very counterproductive to building muscle or maintaining it.

AAS just helps you recover faster.

As for running i don't run ever and never will, as for cardio: walking, swimming, biking and martial arts are fine by me.

Like i said i never run, even if i'm late.

BTW: When you are big you don't even have to run, THEY run away from you...

sounds like you're conflicted, if you want to stay lean then you don't need test and other steroids, just lift and diet and do cardio and you'll get a lot leaner, the whole purpose of even using test is to get bigger and stronger, doesn't make any sense using test and then burning the candle at both ends, BTW anyone who is telling you you can't "recover" from 1-2 hours of lifting or running without drugs is lying to you, sounds like you need to grow up and get some mental toughness, a 1-2 hour weight workout is nothing compared to real work like digging ditches all day or running a marathon which people do all the time without a pussy ass needle full of drugs.

No....it seems like you are conflicted ;D

If AAS was just for geting bigger and stronger....than are all these body builders that take AAS on cutting cycles must be retarded, right? :D.....no cause AAS can also be used to just matain muscle while getting lean.

And talk to any runner....you don't recover that quickly as you stated! Many marathon runners run 3x per week when preparing for a marathon....1 long run, 1 tempo run, and speed run!

World class track athletes have tested positive for AAS for a reason ;)

And if you dig ditches all day naturally...GOD bless you ;D..............but it would be a hell of a lot easier with AAS

Also many Marathon runners take EPO injections.....ask Lance Amrstrong.... ;D
