Waist finally commin down

I was out by the Chattanooga river walk this past weekend and my wife took the pic. My waist is starting to finally come down, hmmm this diet stuff works hehe.

Thanks Pandi , Beth and I have talked a bit but I am 100% with the ex wife ( now steady gf) and quite happy overall.Here is a decent pic of her, nice lady and we had a good yr as a couple.
A Kamalli pose wtf ? LOL :D
I look like Jay " if he never lifted" LOL wow thanks hehe.
Next someone will tell me I look like some guy they know who used to work out.hehe
I know I am no pro, but I feel good about what I am doing in my training.
I hope to be on stage (again) by early fall.
I am down to 243 and feeling better. At 49 it is slower getting lean than at 39 or 29  :o
I did 65 min of hard cardio tonight avg of 3.6 mph around 15% incline much of the time.
I even finished my ab work with a 100 rep set.

Beth is an actual VP of a large bank, no way would I post anything nude pics of her.
We had a wonderful time , but in the end my (ex) wife and I knew we missed eachother too much to stay apart.
My ex-wife / gf, is a national board cert psycholgist and would NOT post any nudes of her either for obvious reasons.
For some reason(s), I tend to get along quite well with successful, educated, professional woman over bimbos????

Howie may have a great job, a huge penis, and an incredible physique, but after speaking with him for 5 minutes at the Arnold Expo, I can say without hesitation that he can pull endless chicks on his sense of humor alone.

Man I hear you, I'm 3 month into the diet and overall I lost 7 kilos but I have not noticed any differenc in the waist (from the look)
The trousers seem to be more loose and I always loose more waight in the face (at least visible).

Congrats man you're looking good.
