This guy isn't very wide for his weight.  His clavicles goes up on an angle instead of going straight out flat like you see on wide people like Don Howorth.

Don Howorth,  now that is a real bodybuilder.

dude is 6'8" and not in the NBA, in a year or so his swimming "career" will be over and he won't have a penny to show for it.

the minimum NBA salary = $442,114

the average NBA salary = $5.2 million

This is width.

Many pro BBers cant do even front squat only with this weight. He can do it. But he is not carrying mass like Ronnie or jay or branch.
Mind and muscle connection matter is interesting.

This is also because a significant amount of the mass of pro bodybuilders is due to "sarcoplasmic hypertrophy"; hypertrophy of non contractile elements of muscle, mainly due to high volume, high rep set workouts. Also don't forget synthol.

Though pisarenko still holds his own against bodybuilders:

The IFBB won't let him compete in anything but swimming ;D

I want to know if they do low carb diet or not.
Why they are in so good condition?
How about high carb and super high intensity long cardio? Maybe more effective?

I'm sure any diet would work as long as you had a decent amount of protein then ate enough calories on top of that to replace what you burned during swimming/weights training. I doubt you'd have the time to put in on the cardio compared to someone like this. When I swam, up through high school and early college I could eat whatever I wanted and still stay lean because I was swimming 3-5 hours a day 5 days a week(depending on 2-a-day practices or not), plus trying to build size in the gym once I started bodybuilding. The swimming workouts a guy like this would do would burn thousands of calories a day, you'd have to eat enough carbs and fat to spare protein to keep some lean muscle on.

Then if you never fall into overtraining, maybe eat like off-season and 6 hours or something cardio is the best thing.
