about 7 weeks ago i started on 200mg test a week and now last week i kicked it up to 500mg (250 2x per week) i also got my hands on some of that test gel, that i've been using along with 200mg deca a week (100mg 2 x per week) as of yesterday i'm pretty bloated. My diet is clean, majority of salt and carbs are gone, i've been drinking water and doing cardio. Anyone have any other tips to tame the bloat a bit?

Are you taking an anti-aromatase?

I notice that when I add in 100mg of Androgel I start to aromatize more than if I am just on 200-400mg of Cyp. Not sure why other than it's 100% free test added to the mix.

ABC now that i think of it last year i was on 500 mg of sust a week and didn't bloat much, so maybe your correct in saying it's the gel. Since i only added another 250mg of sust last week i've stopped using the gel and my level shouldn't go too out of wack, until i can get some armidex or the like.

i was bugging out because i'm eating like zero carbs literally, 45 min cardio 5 days a week...i didn't make sense.

I thought Nolvadex only helped prevent estrogen from Causin gyno....no prevent estrogen production....which causes bloat?

That is one of the sides.

Certain AAS's can also kill the sex drive when taken alone (winny, anavar, tren, etc).

abc123 was right, it was the test gel. The last time i took it was wed morn and i've already noticed less bloat....

Personally I prefer arimidex. I'ts an anti-aromatase, which will stop the conversion of circulating testosterone to estrogen. Most say 1mg eod. I use 0.7mg every day, but it has taken me a while to establish this doseage for myself.

I would not recommend Nolvadex as an estrogen manager during a cycle, though. It doesn't stop the conversion to estrogen, it merely blocks it at the estrogn receptor, mostly at the periareolar area. Hence it's use when gyno is a problem. However, it can have an estrogenic effect at fat stores, particularly abdominal fat stores, which would not solve your bloating issues very well. Additionally, Nolvadex inhibits the formation of IGF-1 by the liver. Not ideal.

yeah but letro effects him differently than adex does?

they pretty much have the same pathway of action... right?

True but we're all a little different. What effects you one way may not effect me the same way.

Wed 4/2 was the last time i used the gel otherwise everything has been the same (training, diet etc.) i weighed myself saturday 4/5 and i was 4lbs lighter..........could it be???
