i've had a weak week in bodybuilding - we need to come together and identify the problems so we can solve it and get me back on track, taking names in the gym and lifting heavy poundages.
i'm coming off training twice a day and changing that to once a day and im actually weaker - i do less sets and train one bodypart a week instead of two so it doesnt make sense that im weaker now does it!
here's a few possible reasons:
#1 - bitches been sapping my strength, even though i havent catched a cold or anything i think this still can have something to do with it. levels of test feels lower too.
#2 - i need a new fuckn haircut. hair's been growning long lately and i'm not very cool with it, today i was checking myself in the mirror doing hammercurls and my hair wasnt perfect, it bothered me so much i did 3 sets of hammers instead of 4.
#3 - maybe being the animal i am i dont find working once a day challenging enough, so i get motivational problems, maybe i need to get back at twice a day and more sets.
#4 - im off the creatine.
#5 - bitches didnt do my laundry in time. i had to use the same adidas pants for two days in a row (that's the same adidas pants, same pair) when you dont feel your best, you dont perform your best.
