what for cardios at home

hi friends,

im here to get help from all of u who do cardios,,

i dont get time to do cardios at the gym(and its expensive too) .so was thinking to do some at home.. so what should i do ,like jump ropes etc..plz help

just take a 20 minute walk or power walk/jog  around  where you live.

jumping rope sounds like a good idea as it can get pretty hard fast and doesnt require a lot of equipment

or get a bike and watch tv

Yeh jump rope can be a crazy cardio workout. Burns a tonne of calories. Or just go for a walk or light jog.
No doubt about it...

Do bodyweight circuits!  By far the best and easiest way of doing cardio at home.  An example would be:

Bodyweight Squats x 15 reps
Diagonal Lunges x 20
Pushups x 20
Mountain Climbers x 20
Jumping Jacks x 60

Don't rest at all between exercises.  Then rest 1-2 minutes and repeat the circuit 2 more times.  Your heart will feel like it's going to shoot out of your chest!
