Was going to give that a shot next. My grandmother makes it only twice a year, on Christmas and Easter and she goes all out in the Italian way so I'm not probably not going to be able to top that. Going to give it a shot though.

I'll admit, I've been watching that "Everyday Italian" show on Food Network with that Giada de Laurentiis chick. Bitch is fucking HOT and she can cook good italian dishes. It's a win/win show.

The manicotti came out pretty good but I definitely wish it had the mozz on top.

yeah Giada is hot, next time get some fresh Mozz in either slices or in a block and cut it and put in on top of the Mannicotti about 15 minutes or so before it comes out of the oven, i do that with Chicken parm.

Definitely going to try that. I've got like half the stuffing mixture left over for later this week so I can tweak it a bit. Was a nice change from the chicken I've been eating for the last 2 months, hahaha.

kidding, that does look good as hell. i'm no good with anything pasta, it always ends up watery for me. i'm a demon on the grill or the frying pan, but anything that needs to inside the oven comes out looking like shit. $:-\$

Would've been right if I read the amount of mozz needed correctly. I realized I needed more after I put all I had in the stuffing.

My frying pan skills need work. I either undercook things like chicken or overcook them. It's a fine line to straddle.

most people flip it too many times and have the temp way off. if you get the temperature right on the surface, you only need three flips. first to get a good start on each side, then to put the spices/sauces on.
