Thanks guys.  I will be applying these deadlift techniques during my next workout, but I don't imagine I will be lowering the weight much to start, if at all.  Even if I do, I think after perfecting the form, I will be lifting more than ever.  This is similar to those who use deadlift suits who at first lift less weight than usual than upon mastering the suit use more weight than ever.  :)

Are you kidding? Ronnie's reps were alot more quality than Castleberry's. Plus, I don't think Ronnie had ever made a strength claim in his life and Castleberry is all over his own nuts.
oh ok I didnt know castulenuts claims to be a powerlifter seems like a bber to me from his physique there.   Alot of powerlifters make fun of ronnies form, but hey he is not in for 1 rep he just wants to build muscle any way possible.
