I think what Obama was trying to say was that many of the jobs that were traditionally in midwest are gone due to outsourcing. Cain is pretty liberal, but if he loses, what will have done him in will be his stance on the war.  Even staunch republicans are getting weary of it, and you know they sure as fuck can't stand his position on illegal immigration.  That being said if he can get a good VP and the shit storm that is Obama-Clinton continues to degenerate he may be the most attractive of the options.

We need to get an Obama or Hillary elected imo.  Yes, it will probably destroy the country but maybe then we fix some issue after an awesome beat down on taxes, guns, unfair minority "rights", censorship of freedom of speech, disregard for enforcing the border (more Mex Mix gang types), and reduced personal freedoms.
