Yes, it's still a gym, and apparently STILL looks the same from the inside from when Arnold trained there!

Pollux...about a year ago I read in MM or some other mag about Kurt Marnul selling some of the actual equipment Arnold starting his training on.

It apparently went to a gym or museum in another country...you remember the details?

Marnul had a cheesy car with blown up photographs of him and Arnold from 40 years ago painted/embossed on it....

I know what you're talking about. It was FLEX magazine July 2007 issue.

In a nutshell...Kurt sold the equipments as well as old photographs and training notebooks for $66,000.00 to a man who says he was gonna store them in a Schwarzenegger-like museum in Romania. Kurt sold to be able to buy modern machines.

it's quite amazing how many connections and how much exposure Arnold was getting from as early as '65 and '66. the guy obviously had something special mentally and physically to attract 'buyers' so to speak, of which they would use him to their benefit and vice verca. Wag, Weiders, Park, who else?

I was thinking the same thing. From the moment he started lifting weights, they obviously say something special in Arnold for him to have so much exposure starting with Albert Busek's Kraft Sport Revue.

There are just so many very, very early pictures of Arnold!
