As you may know from my getbig whining, I suffer from sinus congestion now that I live in pollen country. I'm thinking about using ECA, well, the Bronkaid (expectorant/bronchodilator) for its intended purpose, to:
For the temporary relief of shortness of breath, tightness in chest, wheezing and cough associated with bronchial asthma. Helps loosen phlegm (mucus) and thin bronchial secretions to rid the bronchial passageways of bothersome mucus and drain bronchial tubes...

So can I just use it forever? I take 50 mg caff in the AM, and 50 mg in the afternoon (no soda or coffee though). Will it be like being on ECA forever, and make me all scrawny? Should I reduce the Bronkaid dosage to see just how little I can get by on, to cure sinuses? Any longterm worries? Thanks!
