Tell us about your training style
Its all density based training. i tend to fayour lower reps at teh start of teh workout when i am at my strongest then towards teh end on the less important exercises its more pumpy shit and supersets. its designed by my mate paul mcilroy.
I also wave cycle weights rest periods etc on my exercises so tho it takes a bit of patience and holding back at times i always get more out of training cycles in the long run...getting bigger and stronger. does this make sense if ne more queries ill be happy to answer.
e.g today i had chest and triceps.
5x5 paused reps on bench press. (actually 4x5 and 10)
incline dumbells set at 20degree incline 7x3 1x6 in 11mins
close grip bench presses 3x5
weighted dips 3x6
tri pushdowns 3x16
normally i do flyes s/s with overhead db extension and
pushups and
cable crossovers s/s with dips tho no time.
my workouts are the basic exercises heavy with goals to aim for. then once i peak i drop the weight work back up.
i never train to failure ever.
GoneAway...ty very much indeed. Its a great compliment everytime i hear it and very humbling.
