yes. unfortunately my mate entered me into a comp without me knowing. really crapping them not long away and im no where near where i want to be at all. too many flaws injuries laziness.

ill be doing the INBA world cup in belfast. August 2nd.

Training has been screwed as i have been sick with my kidney and exam etc. Finally i think i am back to tear away at it again. Here is a pic i took a few mins ago to show tri. Looks better than last day. I already posted the last pic though i like it so im posting again lol. I am thinking of restarting my training log which i done a few years back. was pretty popular. Just what exercises i done maybe aul video and pic.
