went to the squat rack, 8 sets of squats.
went to the 45 degree leg sled, 5 sets there.
lunges across the room with a 45 plate in each hand (about 150 yards total)
superset leg extensions and leg curls 5 supersets.
standing calf raises, 4 sets.
calf raise on the 45 degree leg sled 4 sets.
everything to failure, 6-10 rep range
1 all out set on the ab crunch machine to failure, made it to just over 120 reps.
then 20 mins in the sauna.
Shower and out the door.
