I usually stay pretty lean.

However, as I have said, I have had a few major surgeries of late...so my diet has gone to crap...

Just went to breakfast this a.m. with girl friend...PLANNED on egg whites and toast...

Ate pancakes slathered in syrup, butter-encumbered english muffins, some of her has browns...and I now feel as though upon autopsy they will section my carotid artery and an actual sausage link will fall out of my vessel!

There's a pizza place in Manhattan, Strombolis, that has the best sausage/pepperoni pizza I've ever eaten. I usually have a slice every two weeks, or so. I figure dying while eating one of those slices wouldn't be a bad way to go.

Battered mars bar.

When i was a kid, a local ship shop sold them, they took a mars bar (out the wrapper lol) and dunked it in the deep fat frier.fatty on the outside, soft chocolate and nougat on the outside.
Was gonna make it osund nice, but i cant stand them and its hard putting a good spin on sumthin so unhealthy lol.

How about a previously vomited protein shake

I posted this story on the nutrition board a while back.

Short version:
After training legs I had a Met-rx shake immediately after, while my stomach was still uneasy...it came back up so I puked it back into the blender (along with what I had for breakfast)....waited a little to compose myself....then drank it again!

It stayed down that time. It was during my undergrad years and I wasn't going to waste that damn shake! Those things were expensive!

The Hoggy's Challenge Saturday night after the Arnold this year ~

Full Rack of Ribs
Half of a BIG BBQ Chicken
1 pound Pulled Pork Sandwich
Big Bowl of Mac and Cheese
Big Slice of Cornbread

I got through the Ribs and Sandwich no problem but the rest about killed me. I ate all this in about 1/2 hr then we went to a Strip Club after and I got a private Dance and the stripper was dancing over top me and dropped her full weight right on my belly. I damn near heaved it all right back up on her cute little ass!!!

That shit sat in heavy on me for about 2 days. Felt like shit the rest of the weekend!!!

11 crispy creams a couple of days after a comptition, messed by blood sugar up so much, ended up in the hospital. Spiked my blood sugar so much, insulin over compensated and started getting dizzy and tunel vision. Scared me at the time because I didnt know what it was .
