tough call... sly possibly has more 'hit' movies, with all the rockys and rambos, among others, but arnie has the first two Terminators, Commando, Predator, among others, which were all great.

Both had great movies and both had some pretty ordinary ones. Both Rocky and the first two terminators are great films and very highly regarded by film critics. But i think Arnie wins it...

Remember, one guy has the oscar, and one doesn't.

One guy was actually NOMINATED for best actor, the other not even close.

One guy carried 2 franchises over 20 years, the other guy, no.

Sly wins. But I enjoy them both just the same.

Wrong.. Arnold was the highest paid actor in the world. 30 million per movie.. Sly could only wished that he earned half of that

Who do you think gets more residual income? Sly Kills Arnold with the Rocky and Rambo series alone.

Rambo+Rocky> all Arnold movies combined.

Arnold's films were all the same, action and pure entertainment but with no real meaning.
The Rocky saga was symbolic and inspired millions, that to me rises Stallone above Arnold.

People always talk about whos greater action hero... stallone or arnold.. but lets face it, arnold is a fat bag of loose skin with a dodgy heart nowdays, and Sly is in better shape than 95% of people on this forum.

only rambo 1 and the recent one was anygood, the rest were shit.
rocky 1-4 were good, 5+6 shit

terminator 1,2, and 3 were all good, predator was good, end of days was good i thought.

yeh, rocky 6 was grossly overrated in my book.
It just didnt have the same feel as the other rockys

You judge someone by their best work. Rocky is better than any Arnold movie, and Stallone wrote it as well as starred in it. Arnold, to my knowledge, never wrote anything.
