Phil does look small in that gym pic, but it's likely due to him wearing clothes that hide the size of his muscles, and as someone said, not being able to train/eat as much, contest lighting adding 10lbs, etc etc..

no ,,he liek priest is pulling illusion ,,yes he is big ,,no he is not freaky big,,he lack a lot inorder to be as perfect as the generation before ,,he is just a local bodybuilder that got high fast in generation where there is no competition ,,i mean look around you you got jason as mr o ...if jason is mr o then any kid with dedication and interest in hormones and free approach to thsoe hormones with no limit can become mr o and this is the truth

also just so you friends know,,usually when you truly mesure 21 inch arms at 5'10 or under at low single digit ,,,thats where you already got problems with one of the kidnys and health problem in general from the use of diff drugs and not only hormones,,

i wish i could say more but trust me a bodybuilder 5'9 with 21 inch arm at low single digit have a lot of problems from health ones to mental ones because i dont care how much my name is going to be ruined now but i will say it right now clear as the day goes...the following guys that you saw on stage ALL HAVE SEO IN THEIR ARMS

leepriest one of the worst of the worst liar in the history of bodybuilding is the worst hormonizer in the world to this day that i have come across and use  a lot in his arms to get them up to 20 inches,,a 5'4 guy at 5% body fat at 200lb never ever touch 21 inch arms unless there is a lot of seo in them and lots of site injects and lots of hormones in general,,you will see if he doesnt commit suicie in the future of doesnt get very very fat ...you will see that lee priest arms mesure max 16 inches on a good lovely warm day,,priest is and always was a bodybuilder taken a huge major risk to health with doses of drugs unheard of in bodybuilding history especially spots injects ,,he never feared for the conciquenses and if youre smart enough you can see that his peronality matches his drug use perfectly

Me too, I believe Lee doesn't take 2 drops of winny and clen, he is on moderate doses but no synthol, look at his early years pics, arms have the same shape.

well to be honest he didnt get big until he took is cell tech then he xploded with arm size if you check the before contracts to during contracts with muscletech he got bigger.  He even said he uses very little drugs and he is big naturally at 5'4".

If were talking about the Ronnie Clip, yeah it says 55 cent, but Ronnie arms have been bigger. Actually his arms looked samller than normal, even at a bodyweight of 305. He did state in "Unbelievable" that he doesn't train arms as much, because he thought they were big enough, and he thought they would get too big... And it shows him easily pumping out reps with a 55 pound dumbell on a preacher bench.
