I just started using the Max-OT system. Anyone else using it?
I like the idea of all out training one body part as opposed to multiple body parts in the same day. I started with chest on saturday, and it's the best pump i've had in a long time. Did back today, and was pumped for a couple hours after my workout. Tomorrow we're hitting shoulders.
I've never had to keep a log before since i wasn't training to failure, but now that I have a target rep range of 4-6 to failure I will have to start writing shit down. I was a little skeptical about it but if everything goes the way my chest workout did I should see some good gains after 10-12 weeks. I'll crunch the numbers and see what the actual strength gains are.
Anyone else doing the Max OT system?
