In that picture of him in the glass door (is that him)...I actually think he has a ton of muscle...maybe he wants to stay bulked...I always wished I could gain more weight like that.

There is virtue there....he may be more into power, actually.

I climbed a 6,000+ meter peak in southern Peru covered in snow up to my waist.

 hack squats yesterday..pyramd up in weight... 2 plates per side, 3 plates per side, 4 plates per side, the added a quarter to each side and repped that out..  toughest set i ever did
