Not enough room for the numbers. But I am pretty sure I have everyone beat.  But at 300 I had a 37" waist and could squeeze in a pair of 36" Calvin's.  I mostly hung around 38" to 39" though.  And I liked baggy clothes.  My shirt is a XXXL.  Remember I am not a BB so having a small waist was secondary to me wanting to be strong and still eat whatever I wanted.

30.5", and physically looking at my waist, and the waists of pros who are known to have small waists, I am compelled to believe that pros with small waists are in the low thirties.  I certainly do not believe claims of 27" waists, but I could perhaps buy 29" for Frank McGrath.
