well his sartoris (i believe thats what its called...the small strand like muscle thats wraps on the inside of the tear drop) is alreayad coming in nicely...which indicates he has good genes for leg definition..i think his legs will be super shredded. just his lower back and glute/ham tie in that i see still gots a little adipose
Yep, in the last 4 weeks every day I do one bodypart (chest, back, arms, shoulders, legs) and on the second workout on that day I do specific exercises for glutes, hamstrings, abs and sometimes for quads and calves too. So I do this specific workout every day plus 2 hours of cardio (2-3 session).
