u looked great at both shows,a bit harder at europa ,great shape and all poses showcases a full physique,legs and delts noteworthy,u have ideal build for 202,short stocky but shaped physique.props bro...

Next year. But I don't want to compete again from Hungary. So at first I have to move to the States and it won't be an easy (financial) thing for me (especially because I don't have an american sponsor yet)... And after this I'll concentrate on my bodybuilding career again. |

She's hungarian. What's with me? Nothing special now. I'll start my real hardcore offseason in November maybe December. I don't know yet the 2009 contest calendar but my plan is to compete at 2-3 contests next year from June-August. And also the plan is to compete about 6 pounds heavier and more shredded...so maybe I'll able to compete in the under 202 again (I was 198 lbs in Tampa). Besides this I'm still doing the episodes of the only hungarian bodybuilding TV show ( www.gyurma.net and this is the newest episode with an inteview with me after my 2008 contest season and with a workout session with some of my favourite exercises...download link: http://www.gyurma.net/musorok/2008%20adas%207.avi), working in a supplement store as an adviser, doing personal trainings and directing the biggest hungarian bodybuilding internet board (at www.bodybuilding.hu), doing guest posing in every other weekend at the biggest disco club in Hungary. And I'm also planning and trying to manage my emigration to the USA. |
