Do you live in buda or pest? Hungary is a beautiful country and a good source of legit roids! You look pretty good man, but as columbus said, dont follow hide, doesnt seem to be the way to go.
I live in Pest. Yes Hungary is OK. The opportunities and the money are the problems.

Don't follow Hide...? ...To the US customs...or what... ::)

Steve, do you 'pump up' your legs for a contest?
At the Montreal Pro I was really so sick. The prejudging starts at 2PM and around 12:30PM Milos still can't brought me out of the bed. That was like a nightmare...especially for an IFBB pro debut. So I just have more colour and oil at backstage and I couldn't do anything else. No pump up!  :o :'(

I gota be honest.  I dont really have much faith in the potential of alot of the young "up and comers" who are being promoted as the next big thing....but you strike me as one who can make some noise.  You carry alot of muscle, but unlike alot of the other younger guys, you still have alot of room for MORE muscle.  Your frame will hold it nicely, so i will be looking for you to do well in the future.

Your legs seem to be a very strong point.  Do you mind if i ask what you like to do for them?  I remember seeing a squat video a while back, but i havent seen it in a while on the internet.  How did you build those huge wheels in such a short time?  I like to squat heavy, and my LEGS can handle the weight, but it seems when i load over 405 on my back, my UPPER back seems to  crunch up as if i were doing shrugs and isnt strong enough to support the weight through a set.  I also squat REALLY deep....do you think that is necessary, or do you stop at parallel?

In 2006 I won the Border States Classic overall in Anaheim, CA. My contest weight was around 195 lbs. I wasn't in very good shape, but originally I training for photo shoots in LA (for example I was on the Ironman cover with Timea Majorova) so if I see this, my shape wasn't too bad.

In 2007 I was so sick at my IFBB pro debut (I throwed up 5-6 times during the prejudging...) and I didn't eat food in the last 24 hour. But after all my bodyweight was around 200-202 lbs.

Here're some pics...

2006 Border States vs. 2007 Montreal Pro
I was thinking of these pics. That's why I asked. I thought you looked better in 2006. Bigger, fuller, same level of bodyfat. A bit drier in 2007 maybe but much flatter.

Thank you your positive opinion!

Well, if your back is a weak point during a few exercises such as squats and shrugs...I think the problem is your training program in the past...

When I started training back in 1999, I already started with basic exercises such as deadlifts, squats, bench presses, dumbbell presses, barbell rows, T-bar rows, barbell curls...I did everything heavy and every muscles on my body was getting bigger and stronger. If we see only the strenght I don't have any weak points. And this is because I did all of the basic exercises constantly.

About back (especially lower back)...I can did a single-rep deadlift with around 530 lbs when I was 17 years old, natural and I was about 180 lbs.

So because of this training style in the past now I don't have any problem with my lower back during squats, shrugs, barbell rows ect... Now I don't do too heavy deadlifts but for example I can do barbell shrugs with 585 for 12 reps.

About deep squats... Yep, I always did them deep. Al least paralel.

 ;)

Yes, I was much flatter in 2007...that was one of the main problems, but this is because of the illness.

Here're some pics...they'll show that I just missed my peak in 2007.

You can see I was more muscular in 2007, but on the day of the contest...I was flat as a board... :-\

hahaha, hell no, i'd have busted my head open, awesome build by the way dude.

just from the sheer amount of pressure that gravity and that lump of fat around your midsection would have provided, no doubt.

Hi Everyone,

I'm Steve Namat, IFBB Pro. I did my pro debut last year at the Montreal Pro (I placed 12th), then I also did the Santa Susanna Pro (I placed 15th). My contest weight was around 200-202 lbs. I'm 5'7" and I was 23 years old at my IFBB pro debut.

This year I want to do the Pro Bodybuilding Weekly Championships (Tampa) and the Europa Super Show (Dallas). I hope that I can go up to 209-210 lbs with better condition.

Last year I did my contest preparation in California with Milos Sarcev and I hope that within a few years and after a few better placings maybe I'll have a US sponsor contract too and finally I'll get the chance to move to the States live and train there as one of the youngest IFBB pros of the world (Flex Lewis is the other...).

Here're some pics about me...

From the 2007 Montreal Pro

Looking great Steve!
