UPA Nationals last week, I seem to have forgotten how to use a bench shirt.I'm now cutting weight and gonna train Raw for awhile. Thought I snapped my forearm on the last lift, blacked out from the pressure of the shirt. And yeah very little room for error.

That Vaccumm pose has always amazed, there was a kid I went to school with he had a great one. The kid was a genetic freak and could of went places but it was back in the mid 90's when the whole Dead Head revolution hit again and he blew all his potential on pot and booze. Now he works at a pallet place making $10 bucks an hr and is so far out of shape it aint even funny.

903 was my 3rd attempt but I think that is 870 on the bar there. Had a bad day bombed out badly!!!

No my best in contest with a bench shirt is 860 without one I've done 600 Raw. no where near Ryan and his 1070 shirted press. But I think I'm like 14th overall on the biggest shirted bench list.
