By qualifying it with "for a natural"...or..."for your age"...well, that's actually kind of disingenuous...although those who make these statements may not actually mean anything bad byit

hey, it's not about me. it's about you. you posted YOUR pics on a public web forum.

So far I pay you nice compliment - you look decent for natty - and then I try, genuinely, to help, you take it to the next level.

I think you need overall much more mass and you will need to train hard, heavy and make sure you get decent calories in. I recommend you try doing deadlifts with a trap bar.

plenty of squatting for you and even some direct arm work.

time to get serious with your training.
