Anyone remember what was gh15's guideline for max natty bw?

i'm curious what he says is the max possible lean bw for a fella who stands 6-foot tall? and by lean bw, i'm thinking he means sitting at around roughly 7%

190 at 7% or at 5%? in my experience there's a pretty big difference between 7 and 5, at least when i'm talkin bout myself, for some reason once i dip under 6 i can see a big difference

190 at 6' tall really isn't that much muscle to hold at 5%. Very attainable IMO... not for all but it is attainable given decent genetics. Work ethic too obviously.
