a small 16.25 cold flexed pumped I think I got like 16 and 3/4ths or so at a massive bodyweight of 110lbs.

i did get em up to 18 naturally before..but my body fat was out of hand, and once i got to that level even mith mega dosing the carbs and calories it slowed way down. :D

A leanish weight of 220-230 pounds will sport you 18-19 inch arms,you must be carrying alot of fat..
