ok, show the video of the arm measurement. if most of the getbiggers who chime in after that agree your arms are 18 inches and your bodyfat's sub 16 percent, i'll send you the money anyway.

The last pics of you I saw where you were very lean they would of been 15inches max.Now you claim 19inches?

They dropped down to 15 after a three year layoff from training. Back up to 17.5 now. Around 15% bodyfat. I once got them up to 19 inches at lower bodyfat but that was using M1t and a little dbol.

there are training systems developed to target certain muscle groups ... takes about a two month process..you maintain all your other muscle groups and just focus on one (like arms)

it came out of the soviet union i believe....tony freeman went to go see one of the gurus on the system for his arms a few years back
