nice quads... i see you are no stranger to the squat rack... which do you prefer front squats or regular squats
As you say, I am really strong believer of super full range squat.
I tryed front squat various times, but i always feel very uncomfortable no matter how light i do.
So I dont do it.
I built my quads with squat only. I use leg press for pumping. And I dont do leg extention.
When my quads were biggest, i only did 4 sets of squat to the failure and went home.
