I wasnt slamming you I was just pointing out that mes has genuine 19 inch arms and they look a good 2 inches bigger than the pic you posted.

19 pumped but im fat at 270 so that measurement does not count, ive practily given up training natural call me a pussy, at 6ft i had genuine 18 1/2 inch arms at 225 at 10%bf that was a few years back natural and to much work to maintain.
Next year im going to Pattaya Thailand and train at Dennis James old gym and juice for 6 months im calling it the MONK Experiment.
No training for a year diet down to 180 and keep a photo journal with my progress on Anabolics for 6 months.

Weight - 230lbs
Bodyfat - no idea but probably around 15%

As you say, I am really strong believer of super full range squat.
I tryed front squat various times, but i always feel very uncomfortable no matter how light i do.
So I dont do it.
I built my quads with squat only. I use leg press for pumping. And I dont do leg extention.
When my quads were biggest, i only did 4 sets of squat to the failure and went home.

My homework of right now is getting back that mass i used to have without earning fat.
