Absolutely Hank.
As far as what I will do...well, I will probably concentrate a bit more on the heart with cardio.
I have gotta stay away from holding my breath while lifting, as I am given to do, as it increases the pressure in my heart and that ain't good!
I have always done something every day of the week, so I will be in there 7 days, even if its just for abs.
Mostly dumbell work and some machines, as well
