this philosophy of "hit it from every angle" is crap in my experience. i used to kill 'em from all sides and they started to lag. TWO WEEKS of amping back my shoulder volume and i swear i can see a difference, and not only that but my shoulder press strength is significantly up.

To get full round delts? A typical w/o is: standing militarydumbell pressupright rowsside laterlsreverse pec decI do switch it up when it comes to movements and rep ranges but still myshoulders have size but not much shape. Genetics??
