na u aint seen nothin yet. i dont deserve any credit until im shredded from top to bottom .
you see when you diet you have to eliminate certain foods, thus leaving you lacking in certain amino acids, fluids, nutrients ect
there fore you look flat and more flat the more you elimate....also there needs to be a base food group that you never eliminate no matter what like eggs and fruits
now to look big i add in all foods i like to fill in the gaps, get a nice pump then look much bigger
