Opinion on Gyno

 I have a friend who is using a minimal amount of Test (500mgs per week) but he is geting GYNO very severely. BUT the thing is is that he totally dont seem to realize it. He is not a fat guy at all, he is about 190 pounds and pretty lean. This is his 2nd run at this, the first time he got good results but now he is getting bad gyno. He is walking around out in his yard mowing shirtless, at the gym in Tank tops etc etc where it is very visible.

My question is as a friend should I tell him "Hey you need to get on something to fix that" or should I just let him go and see if he figures it out on his own? When I say obvious I mean VERY OBVIOUS!!!

500mg's a week of test is not a minimal amount-unless youre a pro.

Tell your buddy just in case he does not know-if he stops soon enough it could go away on it's own, otherwise get ready to spend some $$$$ on suregry.

He obviously doesnt know what hes talkin aobut. cuz just gettin off the cycle wont stop the gyno. you gotta hit taht bitch with some letro and knock it out. otherwise the gyno will keep growin for the next few weeks/months.

If it's as VERY OBVIOUS as you say it is, he doesn't need you to bring it up.  Chances are he spends more time looking at his chest than you do.  If it's important to him, he will act on it.  When he is shirtless in your presence simply avert your eyes.  Problem solved.

100-200Mg is minimal, 250mg's is enough to make good gains, 500Mg's is a big cycle.
