Olympic weightlifting is all about technique though. Once you get your technique down you can add a considerable amount of weight, though that video is still impressive

Not really. I heard somewhere that in Olympic Weightlifting there's a general rule that if you can get the weight to knee height you should be able to complete the lift. Dunno how true this is though

that's like so totally true

i was never able to c&j more than 225 ,then i heard somewhere that it's all about technique

i practiced my technique every day with an empty bar and guess what dude ................ 580 lbs !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
