Ron... Why did you delete the picture of TrueGrit melting down?

Maybe because it's a very tired, boring way of posting on GB? It's been done too much, usually by those who have run out of anything witty or meaningful to type in response?

But she is muscular, and held onto muscle.

How did she do that without drugs?  Don't say BCAA's please.  It is different if they claimed a diet like that of natural competitors who cycle carbs and do HIIT cardio, etc.

Block is claiming she did 2 hours of cardio a day on Palumbo's diet.  Without drugs she'd be on a pro-ana website.

But, she also squats 315 so maybe she is a genetic freak...right?

No disrespect to Jen, but I would not call 114lbs at 5ft 6" holding to tons of muscle.

In fact that is tiny. Very tiny. Weighs less than most figure girls, and way less than average women.

I am shorter, and compete at a good 10lbs heavier [mostly fat lol, but still]

Heavily geared girls will carry 160bs+ on that height. Up to 170lbs - high 180's at times.

I followed Palumbos regime for like 3 weeks once then bailed like a loser. However, in that 3 weeks I was leaning down like crazy.

You've got to laugh at these 30 somethings trying so hard to be the man.
I hope I don't get like that years from now when I am in my 30's. Yikes!

no ECA/Clen/T3/Anavar/Test ?  ::)
she looks very feminine.. and in my opinion she looks very sexy as well. and i generally dont find pale skin women sexy like that. i doubt that she was taking test anavar, or t3.  t3 because it owuld have eaten any and all that muscle away.   as for the clen and eca thats a possibility, but if she denys it then i give her benefit of doubt

If that constitutes a 'meltdown' then your crying at your computer terminal , in your fart stained swivel chair is the biggest I've ever witnessed! ;D

Um, I think I read that. I could be all wrong with myself though :-[

She isn't too short that I know - I do think she is taller then me, so I recall.

Can you sum up what that is?

Basically:
Mass cardio - am & pm - 40 - 70 mins - daily
Diet: Basically no/very, very low [fibrous] carb, clean proteins, high good fats, some fat rotation, regular meal spacing/water etc.

Does it hurt to see these Judases running around without a care in the world, blaming Ron for everything?

I think some of the people here have possibly not seen a contest-shape fitness/figure or natural bb female in person.  Yes, photos can make you look hugely muscled but in person you look tiny as CQ said.  In clothes in contest shape they look even smaller.

temper, she held on to muscle by not starving herself.  When dieting for a show you eat several times a day.  You just eat very cleanly.

Someone who is starving themselves would look anorexic - not well-muscled.

Special Ed talks about attending shows in the early 90s meeting bbs while I at the time was playing kickball in recess  ;D

Block: Under 30.  Ed: Under 40.

She's like 5'3 and 114 on stage. She isn't that big at all. STella is right. It's clearly obvious who the fanboys are as they give themselves away by indirectly admitting they never seen a real competitor up close.

Cowan is tiny, relatively speaking. She trains hard and diets harder. I know for sure there are videos of her out there with her leg pressing 10 plates a side on a Cybex leg press. I think Tre has them, actually.

I hope Beast is making at least mid six figures as a pro now, such a shame to do this to herself, she is such a pretty girl when she is not dieted down, but I guess the money is proving to be too irresistible to her. She still looks phenomenal compared to the other atrocities that I have seen posted on this site though, contest shape or not.
