chick, any.....?

   cardio going on with your training?  im 40, i think your the same. im addicted to the weights, but my physique is modest to B.B. standards. at 40 it think the cardio is just as impt. just to show what little i have going on body wise.
   never had to do much back in the day. but now i do. what about you?.....and the rest of the 0ver 40 G.biggers on the board?

I am 44, and when healthy, do 50% cardio, 50% weights.

Works out perfect, and keeps the ticker healthy

Been doing 30 min/ day for the last few weeks...got a few shots coming up in July. I'll bring that up to 45 over the next few weeks, then ad in a second session.

Bob...how do you split the sessions...and for how many weeks?

Do you go by condition...or follow a set standard?

30 min. following training...add 5 minutes every week until at 45 min. Evaluat from there.

Second session is a "bonus session" at the moment...obviuosly, this is only intended to get me to 3-4 wee out, condition...ideal for shooting. Certainly not as intense as contest cardio...
