You guys stop it please gonna make me get some going LOL So far for the best size and strength gains I have ever experienced was a stack of test, deca and drol.

I heard that! I've been hating the pressing the past month or so. I had been running a hrt size dose of test only for the past several months and had planned on doing so till around June till I got back to full swing, but I ended up coming off everything 100% about 6wks ago. I'm going to take another 4-6wks of just living like a normal person, lol, and then get back to full swing.
BTW, I did BB incline today but I did the rest pause method, lowering the bar to right under my chin rather then to my chest. Talk about brutal! 5 count down, hold for a 2 count then up...if you want 225 to feel like 500lbs then this is the way to go...I could only squeeze out 7 of those today 2 more with a little help, but the pump I get form those is well worth it. The only down side of doing them this way is they make my shoulders ache a lot more then normal. You know, right there at the pec/delt tie in.
